Cancellation Policy
By booking, entering, or participating in activities at PlayLoft Social (“PlayLoft”), I acknowledge and agree to the following on behalf of myself and any minor children or guests for whom I am legally authorized to provide consent. I understand that participation in indoor play activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, collisions, contact with other participants or equipment, and other injuries that may occur during active play. I voluntarily assume these risks and accept responsibility for my participation and that of the children in my care. I confirm that all participants in my care are physically able to participate safely. I agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, capacity restrictions, age requirements, and safety procedures. Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless PlayLoft Social, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in activities or use of the premises, except where such release is prohibited by law. I understand that PlayLoft Social is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. In the event of an emergency, I authorize PlayLoft Social staff to obtain reasonable emergency medical assistance for a participant in my care when necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any associated medical costs. I agree that I am responsible for ensuring that the children and guests included in my booking comply with PlayLoft Social’s rules and policies. I will disclose any relevant allergies or special considerations when requested. For private parties, I understand that venue capacity may not exceed 60 people, including children and adults. Up to four adults may enter 20 minutes before the scheduled party start time for decorating and setup. All other guests must arrive at the scheduled start time. By checking the acceptance box and completing my booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver & Release of Liability and that I am at least 18 years of age and authorized to provide consent for the minor participant(s) in my care.
